The Print That Cost Me a Client I had a corporate client a few years back who ordered a large-format print for their lobby. We’re talking a 40x60-inch canvas, stretched and mounted. I delivered it, they unboxed it, and the regional marketing director called me within the hour. The image was warm. Not slightly warm. Noticeably, obviously warm in a way that made their brand’s signature cool gray walls look like they were lit by a campfire.

The Print That Came Back Wrong A few years into my commercial work, I delivered a product campaign to a client, a high-end furniture brand in Marin. The images looked stunning on my screen.
